The Fleetwood site is situated within Copse Hill Work Industrial Estate, which is the base for all our operations including Machining, Milling, Turning, Slotting, Drilling, Grinding, Assembly and Re-Engineering.
The main building comprises of 1100 square metres (approx.), and includes:
• Mezzanine Level.
• Rail Assembly Area
• Machine Shop

Machine Workshop
Laser Cutting
Our Laser Cutting facility has the ability to cut a wide range of metals in a variety of thicknesses. Maximum area that can be cut is 3070mm x 1550mm x 100mm.

Inspection & Testing
Our inspection department is run by experienced and qualified staff with the help of a CMM measuring machine linked to a database running state of the art software.
3D Scanning Office
Our new 3D scanning and printing office has the capability to scan your products and also print in 3D. Maximum area that can be printed is 320mm x 130mm x 150mm.
Rail Division
Next to our head office we have now acquired an additional unit. This will be used exclusively by our rail division.
Design Office
Our design department have the ability to take your old or no drawings at all and create new drawings which comply with OEM specifications and standards. Our new 3D scanning and printing office now enables your designs and prototypes to be completed even quicker.
Re-Engineering Area
Holbro Engineering Ltd can provide re-engineering, repair and testing of mechanical/electrical components and assemblies to OEM specifications. We also have the 3D capabilities to scan and print your products.
